Return & Damage Policy

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery.

If any item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, you must notify Bypass Feeder within 10 days of the shipment date so we can work with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.

To help expedite your claim, please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product model number
  • Serial number (if applicable)
  • Photos of the shipping carton (including at least two sides and the shipping label)
  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
  • Detailed description of the issue

Our team will review the information and assist you with the next steps.

Returns & Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

At Bypass Feeder, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a product, the following guidelines apply:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the delivery date.
  • An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before any item is returned.
  • Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Returns are subject to manufacturer approval and may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer's policies.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Installed, used, or damaged equipment
  • Special-order, custom-built, or made-to-order products
  • Electrical components exposed to liquids, chemicals, or environmental contaminants
  • Chemical products, treatment solutions, or consumable materials

Manufacturer Warranty

Once equipment has been installed, operated, or placed into service, warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Many metering pumps, controllers, feeders, and water treatment systems carry manufacturer warranties of up to two years, although warranty periods and coverage vary by brand and product.

All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's inspection, testing, and service procedures. Bypass Feeder will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims whenever possible.
